The App for the 2021 Race Will Be Available by May 1, 2021
The Credit Union Cherry Blossom App is available for both iOS and Android devices. It can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store or Google Play by searching for 'CUCB' or 'Credit Union Cherry Blossom' or you can click on the appropriate image below:
Note: If you downloaded the app last year and still have it on your phone or iPad, you shouldn't have to do anything other than open it on your phone, and it should update to the current version. However, if for some reason you still see the 2020 version, you may have to then go through the download procedure again.
What's on the App?
You will find lots of current information on the App, including Lottery Results, Registration details for the Team Competition and Kids' Run, and much more. New information is always being added, and as we approach race day you will be able to find:
- Weekend timetable, course maps, tourist information and FAQs.
- Live Results - Results for all athletes will be available real-time.
- Real-time Tracking - Sign up to receive alerts via sms/text, email, Facebook, Twitter.
- Bib Look-up - Get all your info and check your number on your way to the expo.
- Event Maps - Info on where you need to go and when.
- Run Pix results -- On Monday, April 6, a graphic depiction of your personal race will be available on the App
Searchable Results on Race Day
Searchable Results will be posted on the race website on race day, allowing you to see where you placed overall, your pace, and your age group placing.
RunPix Race Results
Created to be fun and friendly, RunPix color results:
- Display your placing in gender and age divisions
- Pinpoint your location when others finished
- Spotlight the runners you challenged during those final moments near the finish line
- If you have run in previous years, compare your performance this year with prior finishes
- See how many runners you passed and passed you in the first six miles of the race and in the last four miles of the race
