Kids Run T-Shirt Design Contest
Our Kids Run t-shirt design contest is for our younger artists! Starting January 4, 2021, we will be looking for submissions from kids for the t-shirt art design for the 2021 Credit Union Cherry Blossom Kids Run, which will be held on April 10, 2021 in Washington, DC.
Here are the requirements and some suggestions:
- Artists must be 12 years of age or younger.
- The artwork must include the name of the race, “Credit Union Cherry Blossom Kids Run.” The artwork must include the race date, “April 10, 2021” and “Washington, DC.” This can either be incorporated into the art or appear underneath it. Besides that, anything goes! The artwork may include - or not include - cherry blossoms, Memorials, runners, etc. This is a chance for our young artists to express their creativity!
- When the contest opens for submissions, the artwork will need to be submitted as a .pdf file and as a graphic file(s) (.jpg, .eps, .tif, etc.).
- Artists may submit more than one design.
The winning artist will receive a $150 gift card, plus travel and lodging (for the family) on race weekend, April 10-11, 2021 to attend the Kids Run. The winning artist will also receive official race merchandise and invitations to the Volunteer and Race Committee dinners during race weekend. The parents of the winning artist will be required to sign a release governing the terms of its use.
Call for Adult T-Shirt Art Design
Thanks for your interest in designing artwork for the Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run. We are no longer accepting designs for the 2021 race. We will start accepting designs for the 2022 race in late Spring, 2021, so be sure to check back then if you are interested in submitting a design.
